2. Services

Silver Line House provides:

  • Website Design & Development – Responsive, user-friendly, and scalable websites
  • Web & Mobile Applications – Custom-built solutions tailored to your business needs
  • Web Hosting Services – Secure, fast, and reliable hosting infrastructure
  • Maintenance & Support – Continuous updates, monitoring, and technical assistance
  • Digital Marketing / PPC Ads & Advertisement ( Radio and print) - Get the guidance to help your business grow.
  • Blogging and Events

Specific service details will be outlined in a separate agreement, quotation, or invoice.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
  • Provide accurate and complete information

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all required materials (content, images, credentials) on time
  • Ensure your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Use services only for lawful purposes

5. Payments

All services must be paid for as agreed (upfront, milestone, or subscription basis). Late payments may result in service suspension or delays. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Project Delivery & Timelines

Timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation. Delays in client feedback or materials may affect delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

Full ownership of final deliverables is transferred after full payment. Silver Line House retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio. Third-party tools, themes, or plugins remain subject to their licenses.

8. Hosting & Technical Services

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or external issues may cause temporary downtime. Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless otherwise agreed.

9. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use our services to:

  • Conduct illegal activities
  • Distribute malware or spam
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Host harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, revenue, or business interruption
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., hosting platforms, payment gateways). We are not responsible for their performance, downtime, or policies.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Your use poses legal or security risks

You may terminate services subject to agreed notice periods and outstanding payments.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by the courts of Ghana.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
